Baggage

Due to the limitation of a bus we require everyone to have a maximum of one suitcase plus a bagpack. Max of 20 kilos, and no drugs allowed on the trip!

For questions before departure, mail us at our email:bucom@astatine.utwente.nl . All phone numbers from the committee will be available during the trip to facilitate the availability of the committee for any questions.
A whatsapp group will be made and shared before departure. Contanct one of the commitee members if you are not invited on time.

These are the important things that you need to bring with you for the trip.

Make sure you keep the mandatory items close to you.

Valid Identification (ID card or Passport, NO Driving Licence) MANDATORY (Health)Insurance Card MANDATORY Student Card MANDATORY Debit/Credit Card MANDATORY Working Covid App Powerbank if your phone cant last an entire day (very important for the use of the covid app!) Breakfast for first day(Lunch can be bought at our stop in Freiburg) Mouthmask(preferably a Astatine one ;) ) Clothes suitable for the Weather

Weather can differ a lot from cities, check online what you need for clothing

Underwear, Socks, Night Clothing, Swimsuit (you will use shared bathrooms) etc. Towels (Some hostels might provide towels) Shoes for walking in cities, Flip flops for the showers and beach. Toiletries (Toothbrush/paste, Deodorant (please do use it), Shampoo, Shaving kit.) Sunscreen if the weather is nice. Medication Snacks, drinks, candy for first bus ride to Grenoble. Neckpillow if you want to get some sleep in the bus. Something to do for in the bus (Book/Magazine/Puzzle/Cards/Games/Whatever you feel like) Mobile Phone and Charger + threeway plug (Often hostels don't have enough plugs) Pillow if you like need it.
